Founded in 2024 by Tameeka Cooper, It’s Mommy & Me is a Black-owned, woman-led organization born from a personal journey as a teenage mother. What began as informal meetups has grown into a comprehensive support network offering mentorship, education, and essential resources tailored to the needs of teen moms.
Through advocacy, career guidance, and parenting workshops, It’s Mommy & Me empowers young mothers to build independent, thriving futures for themselves and their children. Committed to uplifting underserved communities, it champions the resilience and strength of teen moms.
